Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order on our courier's website.

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at info@ainbynoor.com with your order number and the changes you need.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@ainbynoor.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@ainbynoor.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email us at info@ainbynoor.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it promptly.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also contact us at info@ainbynoor.com for tracking updates.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

All Ain By Noor orders are sealed with tamper-proof packaging. If you receive a package that appears to have been opened or tampered with, please photograph it immediately and contact us before opening.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your building reception first. Then contact us at info@ainbynoor.com within 48 hours.

If an item is missing from your package, please email us at info@ainbynoor.com with your order number and photos of what you received within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Please contact info@ainbynoor.com and we will arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
