At AIN BY NOOR, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved return may be eligible for:

A refund to the original payment method; or
An exchange for another available item of equal value.

Price differences may apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@ainbynoor.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos/videos. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable:

Used, worn, washed or altered items
Items without original tags or packaging
Customised, made-to-order or customer-altered items
Sale or promotional items marked Final Sale

These exclusions do not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
